Why Us
T21 Financial started life as Chagnon Financial in August 2020 during the unique challenges of the Covid pandemic. Since then, we’ve evolved into T21 Financial, embracing the modern, flexible ways of working that today’s world demands.
We understand the stressful nature of house buying and want the make your mortgage journey that little bit better. What sets us apart is our deep understanding that every client’s situation is unique, so our team is dedicated to cutting through the noise of overwhelming information, simplifying the process, and providing you with clear, tailored advice.
Our commitment goes beyond just securing your mortgage. Our name is shorthand for Trisomy 21, more commonly known as Down Syndrome as our founder, James Muncaster, has a son with Down Syndrome. Through this, James has learnt completely new ways of communicating, recognising that every person and situation is unique. A philosophy that has carried through to T21 Financial and has helped shape the way we advise our clients.
Helping those with this genetic condition is embedded into our company ethos so for every mortgage we complete, we make a meaningful contribution to Down Syndrome charities, ensuring that your decision to work with us also supports a worthy cause.
